We really hope you love every Skinnydip item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt.
All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Please note, if 30 days have expired then unfortunately, we are unable to accept your return.
To return your items to us you can use the Freepost label that comes attached to your returns note. However if you are shipping from the US you will have to pay to use this service as it's a UK Freepost service only. To avoid any extra cost to you, please use the cheapest available shipping option and allow 21 working days for the return to be received into our warehouse, we will then email you to notify you whether your return has been accepted and process your refund to your original payment method. Once you've received an email confirming your refund, please allow 5-10 working days for your refund to appear back into your account.
There are a few items we stock that can’t be returned due to various reasons, so please make a note of this before you purchase. For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewelry, underwear briefs, cosmetics and beauty products including skin care. For swimwear, if the original packaging and hygiene seal has been removed we will not be able to accept this product back. We try hard to accept all returns, in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. This does not affect your statutory rights. Cacti & Gift Cards are also non-returnable items.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it or if you have owned your item for up to 12 months, please contact our Customer Care team at mail@skinnydiplondon within 30 days of receipt who will advise you further.
Please do not return any faulty goods unless advised by a member of our customer service team, as it may result in a slower resolution time.
MISSING A REFUND?
If you haven’t received your refund, please initially check your bank account by contacting your card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, so bare this in mind. If you’ve done this already, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help you!
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) 2000 you have the legal right to cancel the contract within seven working days of the date you receive the Goods. To cancel, you must inform us in writing, by sending an email to email@example.com. You must also return the goods to us as soon as possible, we will then process your refund. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us so we suggest you obtain proof of postage in case your return gets lost. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
